This is my trademark style of burlesque dance. It’s a little bit of cabaret, jazz, hip hop, sexy, fun, flirty, and a whole lotta woman. When in doubt flip that hair. You’ll always leave feeling a little bit sexier and more confident while getting a great workout. A fun and sexy dance sequence will be taught every time. All levels welcome.

Burlesque Body
Learn all the basics of being a sexy cabaret burlesque dancer and see just how they get those amazing bodies. Using a pilates core strength training warm-up and basic burlesque moves to put together a cabaret combination to get that heartrate pumping. This is a great overall workout for beginners and all levels.
Fridays 7-8pm

Pop into Hip Hop (Beginner)
A beginners’ class teaching all the traditional hip hop moves with a warm up including isolations and across the floor, finishing with a pop style combination. All your top 40s music and video styles. All ages welcome.
Tuesdays 8:30-9:30pm
Saturdays 2:30-3:30pm

Video Vixens
Learn choreography from some of the best dance music videos of all time. A high energy warm-up will lead into choreography from a different music video each week, including Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Rihanna, and classics like Janet Jackson, Madonna, Fat Boy Slim and Britney Spears. An exciting class everyone will love! All levels welcome.
