I am a big supporter of classical technique and modern movement… but most of the present time, I just want to turn up some good music and dance around in my room. This class is for those of you who want to do the same, but might need a little help with the steps. An hour to stretch, improve your technique, and guaranteed to make you sweat. We’ll learn a new routine every week to everything from 80’s rock, to new Indie music that your younger brother hasn’t even heard yet. Emphasis on balance, core strength and a good time. All levels welcome.
