Performances at the El Portal Theatre on August 28th & 29th
LA Unbound announces upcoming performances at the historic El Portal Theatre on Saturday, August 28th at 8:00pm and Sunday, August 29th at 4:00pm and 8:00pm. We are proud to be returning to the El Portal Theatre with our largest and most diverse production to date, featuring more than 20 Los Angeles-based choreographers, over 100 performers, and an eclectic variety of dance styles and aerial arts, including: burlesque, hip-hop, jazz, ballet, tap, modern, contemporary, bollywood, aerial hoop, and tissu! We are honored to be featuring guest performances by blue13 dance company, XPOSE Dance Theatre Company, Earthwalk Dance Company, and Creations Dance Theatre. Tickets are $18.00 in advance (CLICK HERE to get them now!) and $25.00 at the door.

La Vamp Fatale at DanceSpot this Saturday!
Come check out LA Unbound at DanceSpot‘s special BurLesQue show this Saturday, June 26th at 8:00pm & 9:30pm. Brandi choreographed a sexy piece called “La Vamp Fatale” that features 20 LA Unbound dancers and is not to be missed! More Info About Auditions
We hope everyone is as excited as we are about our upcoming auditions! Auditions will be held this Saturday, April 24th from 1-4:30pm at 3rd Street Dance (8558 W. 3rd St. LA CA 90048). We will be auditioning 19 pieces, so if you are planning on coming, please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in! Also, we will have LA Unbound hoodies, tank, and sweatpants for sale so please bring cash or a check if you’d like to purchase anything.
Please read signs carefully for street parking! For easy and cheap parking, the Beverly Center Lot ($1 per hour) and the Loehmann’s Lot ($1.00 for the first 2 hours) are close.

Auditions for the next LA Unbound show are coming up:

We are looking for dancers of ALL styles and ALL experience levels! The show will include everything from ballet to hip-hop and everything in between!
Please note: Auditions will NOT be held at Sophie Dance Studio. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in and warm up. For information about how auditions work and a video clip from past auditions, please read this post.
Performances will be held on Saturday, August 28th and Sunday, August 29th at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood.

Class Schedule Changes
We’re making some changes to our adult dance class program starting on Saturday, April 17th. If you have a class package, please try to use it up by Friday, April 16th. Please see the new schedule below. Beginning on April 17th, all classes will cost a flat fee of $12.00 per class, and all classes except Jazz for Beginners will be open level classes.
